19, Hustling, and Redefining Limits 🚀

Last week was insane. I officially launched my community, Venture Network, with my business partner, and I’m on the verge of signing local high-ticket clients left, right & centre, at £1,500+ each. Even crazier? My pipeline now has £10,000 in monthly recurring revenue lined up.

Here’s a nugget for you: everything in business is now a funnel. Absolutely everything—even life is a funnel, designed to get you somewhere.

Take people like Iman or Daniel, for example. To a normal person, their free videos might look like pure generosity, but the reality is, it’s all part of a funnel to bring you closer to their products or services.

The secret? The funnel must be frictionless, ensuring a customer journey with 100% satisfaction. And in my opinion, YouTube is by far the best platform for this.

Here’s proof:

• I’ve had two calls booked recently—one through sheer curiosity from someone visiting my website (without me promoting it) and the other through my community.

• This is the power of building a personal brand and packing your content with value. People book calls or buy products because they trust me, and they trust me because I document my journey.

Your community and content must show that you know what you’re talking about. It’s not enough to "talk the talk"; you’ve got to walk the walk. When people see your consistency, authenticity, and expertise, they’ll come to you, you don’t even need to go to them, and that’s the power of growing your brand. It’s the foundation of everything.

For me, marketing is the foundation of business. Without it, even the best products or services won’t succeed.
